This piece of work should take you roughly an hour and a half, so it it three days worth of work over half term.
It is important to look closely at the work of more than on artist during our projects, otherwise we run the risk of being influenced by only one person and our work may therefore not be personal or original when we come to generate our own ideas.
Therefore, we need to create another research page.
Task 1: Take a look at your mood boards and decide on another piece of work which you would like to influence your ideas as you move forward with this project. Find out who made that piece of work.
Task 2: Green (grade 1/2) - Create a research page including a section of images by your chosen artist and some information about them. Use the sentence starters to ensure that you include all the important information on your page: - The name of artist is... - They are from... - This piece of work is called... and was created in (date)... - Some words to describe this piece of work would be... - When I respond to their work I will...
Remember that your writing must be in your own words - if you copy and paste from the internet then your work could be picked up for copyright infringement and your coursework could be discounted for the exam.
