THEME 1 - BAND T-SHIRTS
Create a t-shirt design for the same musical artist as you have previously created a logo for. There should be an element of distortion in your design, but this does not need to be the theme of your t-shirt. The t-shirt design should look as though it would be sold by the same band whose logo your previously made. This is called branding. E.g. if your logo was black and made for a heavy metal band, you probably won't incorporate a pink unicorn into your t-shirt design. |
THEME 2 - GIG POSTERS
Create a gig poster advertising a concert being held by the same musical artist as you have previously created a logo for. There should be an element of distortion in your design, but this does not need to be the theme of your gig poster. The gig poster should visually communicate the style and genre of the band you have created and should match the style of the logo you made in the last project. This is called branding. E.g. if your logo was pink and made for a pop band, you probably won't include a political image in your gig poster. |

THEME 3 - MAGAZINE COVERS
Create a magazine cover featuring the same musical artist as you have previously created a logo for. There should be an element of distortion in your design, but this does not need to be the theme of your magazine cover. The magazine cover should look as though it matches the musical style of the band whose logo you previously made. This is called branding. E.g. if your logo was muted and made for an indie band, you might think twice about making your magazine cover bright and bubbly. |
